Made to Order

Each ANVA Jewellery piece is handcrafted and made to order. We do not keep ready stock, as every product is created specifically for you.

Shipping Coverage

We ship from India to customers worldwide.

All international shipments may require a valid phone number for smooth delivery.

For high-value jewellery (such as solid gold items), signature upon delivery may be required.

Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Normal Orders
Processing Time: 10–20 business days
Shipping Time: 5–7 business days

Custom Orders
Processing Time: 20–30 business days
Shipping Time: 5–7 business days

Rush Orders
Processing Time: 5–10 business days
Shipping Time: 2–4 business days

Rush Orders

Rush orders are available for selected products.

Additional charges apply for expedited production and priority shipping.

All rush orders are non-refundable.

Customers are advised to contact us before placing a rush order if they have strict delivery deadlines.

International Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside India may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges as per the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or courier partner.

Shipping and Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email.

Please allow a few hours for tracking information to become active.

We use reliable domestic and international courier services such as DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, India Post, and Delhivery.

Shipment Security

All shipments are fully insured.

In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, the shipment is covered under insurance.
