15-Day Easy Return

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@anvajewels.com with your order number.

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

Custom or personalized jewellery
Engraved rings or products
Ring sizes below US 3 or above US 10
Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Worn, damaged, altered, or used products
Sale items or gift cards
Rush or priority orders

Return Conditions

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping.
If the item is lost or not returned in original condition, the customer bears the loss.

Refund Policy

All ANVA Jewellery pieces are handcrafted and cannot be resold once returned.

A handcrafting fee of 20%–30% will be deducted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The remaining amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

1-Year Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship.

We provide 1 year free repair support for manufacturing defects.
This includes minor stone issues or setting defects.
This does not cover physical damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

After 1 year, paid repair services are available.
If the product cannot be repaired, we offer replacement at a discounted price.

Jewellery Care

To maintain the longevity of your jewellery, handle it with care.

Avoid contact with hard surfaces.
Store properly when not in use.
We recommend professional cleaning and prong tightening once a year.
